FROM INDOT (Indiana Department of Transportation)-

Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews are being scheduled to make pavement repairs this Sunday (SEPTEMBER 18) at two interstate highway locations in Floyd County.

  • Interstate 265 over Mt. Taber Road will be patched and repaired—weather permitting—Sunday morning between 5 and 11 a.m.  Work will require closing the eastbound left lane between mile markers 2.0 and 3.0.  The right lane and shoulder will remain open to traffic.
  • The eastbound I-64 on-ramp from eastbound U.S. Highway 150 will be completely closed to traffic this Sunday between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.—weather permitting—for pavement repairs.  All I-64 lanes at mile marker 119.0 will remain open
