Floyd County Sheriff’s Dispatcher Loses Home To Fire, How You Can Help

Ryan Houchen    July 18, 2017    No Comments

On Monday, just before 7 PM, a house caught fire in New Albany on East 8th street. It quickly spread to a second home. That second home was Angela Hackworth’s a Floyd County Sheriff’s Dispatcher. Angela’s family lost their home, many of their clothes, and other items.

A co-worker at the Sheriff’s Dispatch Office started a go fund me donation site so they can get back on their feet and into a new home. Angela is our family. We would like to ask our customers, friends, and family to help out with donations to Angela’s GoFundMe.com site: Angela’s House fire recovery fund. Any amount, large or small, is more than helpful. You can also give anonymously on the site.
