On Wednesday May 10th at 9:30 A.M. two vehicles collided on Scottsville Rd, near the bottom of the hill past Smith Rd. Command Staff and Rescue 1 a rrived on scene and tended to the medical needs of both drivers. The drivers were transported to the hospital for further examination for injuries. Scottsville Rd was closed for several minutes while the road was cleared of the wreckage. Floyd County Sheriff’s Department are investigating the cause.
